When will my order be shipped? All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. 

How long is processing? Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

Can I exchange my item? Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges. You can read more about this policy here.

When do you restock items? Not every item will be available again. To help us know what you want to see back in stock, it's best to sign up to be notified when available. The more signups we receive, the better the chance that we will restock that item.

Do you do local pickups? Yes. When checking out, you will be given the option to pick up or have it delivered! Our pickup address is 1319 Richmond Ave Houston, TX 77006. Follow the instructions and select an available time at checkout. The pickup location is a local post office. You will provide me your car details via text.

Can I add something to my order I placed? Unfortunately, we cannot go back and add items to an existing order. You will have to place a separate order. In the event that you placed an additional order 24 hours prior to the first order, we can waive the shipping fee only if your first order hasn't shipped out yet. Please send us an email at support@dionneavenue.com with "Add to Order #____" in the subject line.

There was an error in my mailing address, can I update my shipping info? Yes. We can update your mailing address only if the item has not shipped out yet. You may email us at support@dionneavenue.com. If your order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately cannot go back and update the address as your order has already arrived at the post office.
